Refunds/Exchanges Policy

All returns or exchanges must be done within 90 days from your original order date.

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process returns once delivered to our place of business. 

Returns are for store credit ONLY! No refunds will be issued.

All sales exceeding 30% off and items in our Final Sale tab are final sale and are non-returnable.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

I'm so happy you fell in love with one of my items, but it's out of stock. Don't worry! You can sign up for a restock by just giving us your email! We'll notify you when the items is in.

ChelseyRheaCollections accepts all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

Right after you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received it. We will keep you updated on processing and shipping. If you don't get a confirmation email, please reach out to us via email.
